Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 30.10.2025 to the respondents, requesting to reclassify the land measuring 76 cents comprised in Survey No. 330/1, situated at Kunichi Village, as 'Patta land' after deleting the classification entry of 'Harijan Colony', and consequently transfer the Patta in the name of the petitioners. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submitted that the petitioners representation dated 30.10.2025 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to dispose of the petitioners’ representation dated 30.10.2025, if the physical possession of the petitioners’ property was not taken over by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
