Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to fix the pay/pension of petitioners in the pay band of Rupees 10300- 34800+4400 (GP) with additional 3% promotional increment w.e.f 01.10.2012 as done with the incumbents promoted to the post of Head Teacher after 01.10.2012, with all consequential benefits and interest @9% per annum, in view of the judgment dated 07.07.2023, passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 2500 of 2021 and other connected matter titled as "Ranjit Singh and others versus The State of Himachal Pradesh and others". as the respondent department has already implemented the judgment. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ii) That the Respondents may very kindly be directed to consider and decide the joint representation dated 02.02.2025 filed by the petitioner.” 3. Admittedly, the petitioner has invoked extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India without even preferring any representation to the competent authority for the redresssal of his grievances raised in the writ petition. 4. Confronted with above, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of four weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. 5. The instant petition is disposed of in above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
