GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO:5431/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue an order or writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in sub-dividing the land in Sy.No.452-1 of Yedavali Village, Maddikera East Mandal, Kurnool District without issuing notice to the petitioner who is the land owner in the same survey i.e. Sy.No.452-1 to an extent of Ac.3.35 cents as illegal, arbitrary and unreasonable and against the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and also in violation of the Circular No.REV05-19022/6/2022-1 SEC by the Chief Commissioner of CCLA and consequently direct the respondents to consider the F-line application vide FSNV012500645889 dated 03.02.2025 and to conduct detailed survey for demarcating and fixing boundaries of the land in Sy.No.452-1 to an extent of Ac.3.35 cents of Yedavali Village, Maddikera East Mandal, Kurnool District and pass such other order or orders …..” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500645889 dt.03.02.2025 requesting them to conduct detailed survey for demarcating and fixing boundaries of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.35 cents in Sy.No.452-1 of Yedavali Village, Maddikera East Mandal, Kurnool District . 4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500645889 dt.03.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the F-line Application bearing No.FSNV012500645889 dt.03.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
