No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offence under Section 294(b), 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 07.12.2012. In this matter, the de facto complainant died. The case against accused Nos.2 and 3 was already split up in C.C.No.124 of 2013 and after trial, on merits, the accused Nos.2 and 3 were acquitted. The case is of the year 2012 and since the mother case is already ended in acquittal, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the case further. 3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.800203 of 2018 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram, stands quashed.
