Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. It appears that on account of the petitioner's implication in criminal case, his bank account has been seized. The petitioner in essence prays for a direction to be issued by this Court to release such amount. Issues raised in the present writ petition does not require any consideration as remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Magistrate concerned in terms of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
