Parvati Devi Vs. Kuber Singh, Manager, Kishan Shiksha Prachar Mandal Laghu Madhyamik Vidhyalay) under Section 31/32 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 and the order dated 03.08.2024 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner (Administration), Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in case No. 1046 of 2022 (Smt. Parvati Devi Vs. Kuber Singh) under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition. 4.
