It is submitted that the petitioners are cultivating the lands as tenants in the name of Respondent Nos. 7 to 10. It is also submitted that the landlords are trying to alienate the property without intimating the petitioners, and they have filed a petition under Section 10 and 16(1) of the Andhra Pradesh 2 (Andhra Area) Tenancy Act, 1956, which was numbered as A.T.C. No. 5 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Special Officer for Tenancy Cases-Cum- Additional Junior Civil Judge, Peddapuram. The said A.T.C. is pending for consideration. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram, Kakinada District, issued proceedings vide M.C. No. 6 of 2022 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., directing not to cultivate the agricultural lands. Aggrieved by the said proceedings, the petitioners have filed W.P.No.1584 of 2023, and this Court disposed of the writ petition with a direction to deposit the sale proceedings in the Civil Courts. Thereafter, the petitioners filed W.P.No.21055 of 2024 challenging the attempts of the official respondents to take possession of the land through the 4^^ respondent, and this Court, vide orders dated 24.09.2024, has suspended the proceedings 3. initiated in M.C.No.6 of 2022 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram, until further orders. It is also submitted that, since the above-mentioned M.C. proceedings are suspended, the petitioners are unable to cultivate the lands, as the 4‘^ respondent, at the instance of respondent Nos. 5 to 10, is not extending any support or police protection. In this regard, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 18.11.2024, but the respondents have not disposed of the representation. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the 4^*^ respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.11.2024 and take all necessary steps as required under the law.
