After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, however, submits that the petitioner wants to settle the account and for that purpose, he would make a request to the Rent Controller for making a reference to the Mediation. 2. To show his bona fide, he shall pay a sum of Rs.4 lakhs to the landlord by way of demand draft and submit the same before the Rent Controller by tomorrow i.e. 26.08.2025. 3. The present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. 4. In case, the said demand draft is deposited by the petitioner and is accepted by the landlord, the Rent Controller shall make a reference to the Mediation. 5. However, in case the aforesaid deposit is not made and said deposit is not accepted by the landlord the Rent Controller be at liberty to proceed further as per law. 6. There is no observation on merit.
