The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the petition and direct the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Prescribed Authority, Banda not to execute the judgment and decree dated 06.02.2025 passed in P.A. Case No.2/2025 (Mohd. Hafeez Ansari Vs. Smt. Chunni Devi and others) till the decision of Rent Appeal No.10/2025 (Smt. Chunni Devi and others Vs. Mohd. Hafeez Ansari and another pending in the Court of District Judge, Banda. And pass any such/ further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 4.
