No.507, Nanjundapuram Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 09.12.2025. 2. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the stone fence put up by the ninth respondent had already been removed on 30.12.2025. In support of the said submission, photographs of the property were produced before this Court. 3.
