The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 64(1), 303(1) & 316(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Palamau at Daltonganj. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim. Later on, he refused to marry her. It was submitted that petitioner has married the victim. It was also submitted that parties were in relationship for the last two years before filing of the case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
