Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Standing Counsel for opposite party. 2. Pursuant to the previous orders of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has filed affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record. Based upon affidavit, he submitted that order of Writ Court has been complied with and vide order dated 12.09.2025, permission is granted to pay the interest at the rate of 6% as directed by the Writ Court. It is next submitted that amount has also been calculated and shall be paid at the earliest. Therefore, this application may be dismissed as infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for applicant has not disputed the aforesaid facts, but only submitted that amount so calculated has not been credited into the account of applicant. 4. Under such facts, opposite party shall ensure the credit of amount into the account of applicant within a week. 5. In case, amount is not credited into the account of applicant within the time given, liberty is given to the applicant to move recall application within 30 days. 6. Apart from learned Standing Counsel, Registrar (Compliance) is also directed to send a copy of this order to Director, Bal Vikas Seva Evam Pusthahar, U.P. Lucknow within 48 hours for strict compliance. 7. With the aforesaid observations, contempt application is disposed of.
