Rev No. 28 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj by which the Court below has rejected the Cr. Rev. No. 28 of 2019 filed by the petitioner and also for quashing of the order dated 26.03.2019 Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9100 of 2020(3) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Complaint Case No. C 695 of 2018. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn. 6. The concerned Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within one year. 7.
