Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “(i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, thereby directing the respondent No.2 to issue the registration certificate in the name of petitioner after making necessary correction/changing the name of respondent No.3 as owner in the name of petitioner as owner of vehicle i.e. Tata Safari bearing registration No. HP38E-5003, in accordance with law.” 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:8113 2. When the case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that the vehicle in fact was purchased by the said respondent from the petitioner after making a payment of Rs. 8,00,000/- and thereafter the vehicle now stands duly registered in the name of respondent No.3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is on account of the fraud that has been played by respondent No.3. 4. In the backdrop of the above controversy between the petitioner and private respondent, as seriously disputed question of facts are involved in this case, the same cannot be adjudicated by way of a writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
