Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue, an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned FIR No. 0297 dated 18.07.2025, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS & U/S 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (PoA) Act, Police Station- Patiyali, District-Kasganj. 2. Issue, an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in connection with impugned FIR No. 0297 dated 18.07.2025, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS & U/S 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (PoA) Act, Police Station-Patiyali, District-Kasganj." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
