Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gumla. Petitioner was in live in relationship with the deceased Lilmani Kumari. It is alleged that on 05.01.2025, she committed suicide by hanging herself. It is further alleged that the deceased was pressurizing the petitioner to marry her, but he was not ready to marry her due to which she committed suicide. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gumla or his successor, in connection with Bishunpur P.S.
