Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had restricted his prayer only for the issuance of posting order consequent upon petitioner’s revocation of suspension. Accordingly, following order was passed in the matter on 29.05.2025:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the respondents have revoked the suspension of the petitioner under order dated 26.05.2025, however, the posting order has not been issued to the petitioner till date. Learned counsel for the respondents to have instructions on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

the aforesaid and to place on record the posting order of the petitioner consequent upon revocation of his suspension. List on 05.06.2025.”
2. Pursuant to above, learned vice counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of order dated 26.05.2025, whereunder petitioner’s suspension was revoked and also the subsequent office order issued on 02.06.2025 whereby the petitioner has been posted in Training Cell of Board’s Secretariat, HPSEBL, Shimla against vacancy with immediate effect.
In view of above, the proceedings in the present writ petition are closed. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua Judge 5th June, 2025(rohit)
