By the impugned order, the application dated 09.01.2019 filed by the petitioners has been rejected. Against the impugned order, there is provision of for appeal under section 2(f) of the D.V. Act, I am not inclined to hear this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86789 of 2019(5) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 application for quashing jurisdiction when there is alternative remedy of appeal in the court below. 3. This application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the District Court in accordance with law. If such an appeal is filed, then the District Court will consider the Limitation petition also in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
