ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land of an extent of Ac.15-37 cents, situated in Survey Nos.459/2, 460 and 461 of Koppolu village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District without issuing any notice or without following the due procedure contemplated under law.
2. This Court by order dated 11.03.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land.
3. On 09.05.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners filed a memo stating that pending the writ petition petitioners filed applications before the 2nd respondent under Section 4(3) of A.P. Dotted Lands (Updation in RSR) Act, 2017. The said application was processed and eventually vide proceedings in D.Dis.No.L5/362368/2023, dated 10.01.2024, the applications filed by petitioners were positively considered and directed the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer to delete the subject lands from the prohibited properties lists issued under Section

22A(1)(a) of the A.P. Registration Act, 1908 and to make necessary changes in revenue records.
4. In view of order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
