Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant the benefit of selection/promotional pay scale by continuing the services rendered by the petitioner before grant-in-aid without any delay with immediate effect. ii. Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iii. Award cost of the petition. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.03.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.
