The petitioners have filed this civil revision petition on the ground that the plaint filed by the respondent/plaintiff in O.S.No.97 of 2025 is vexatious, scandalous, and frivolous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would now submit that in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of P.Suresh Vs.
