HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13209 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J.
1. Heard Shri Irfan Ahmad Malik, learned counsel for petitioner and Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel representing State respondents.
2. The submission advanced by learned counsel for petitioner is that petitioner has been relieved after one year of the previous transfer order despite the fact that request for transfer to a desired station was made three years before.
3. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that may be petitioner has been relieved after some time of the passing of the transfer order but since petitioner had been transferred at a desired station, he should not have any grievance.
4. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for petitioner could not demonstrate from any of the averments made in the writ petition that he had withdrawn his request for transfer at any point of time.
5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
