No.618 of 2025. 2. The allegations in this case are that on 11.01.2012, the accused conducted road roko without due permission. A case was registered in Cr.No.17 of 2012 on 11.01.2012 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 341 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The Final Report was laid on 25.10.2013 and the accused have been facing trial since then. Thus, it can be seen that the allegations concern exercising the democratic right to protest.
