Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the police has raided the house of the petitioner and manhandled petitioner No.2. 3. In response to advance notice, learned State counsel appears on behalf of respondents-State and submitted that an FIR has been registered against son of the petitioners, namely, Jagjit Singh and police went to the house of the petitioners for arrest of their son i.e. accused. He further submitted that at the time of visiting the house of the petitioners, a lady constable was accompanied with the police party. 4.
