This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "(i) To Maintain the order of Trail Court dated 21.08.2023 (Annexure-11) granting status quo in respect of property in dispute shown with letters ABCDEFGH in plaint map till fresh decision taken on the stay application 6C2 by the trial court in Original Suit No.1615 of 2013, Baldei Vs. Hardev and others." 3. It has been contended by learned counsel for the respondent that application for interim injunction has been finally decided against the petitioner on 9.9.2025. 4. In view of these facts, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present petition. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
