Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record as also Order dated 02.08.2023 supra. In order to maintain consistency in the orders passed by the coordinate Bench supra, the instant petition is disposed of on the same lines, on which, WP(C) No. 2740/2021 has been disposed of, by providing that in case the respondents in the instant matter desire to evict the petitioner from the property in question, the same shall be done only in accordance with law and in accordance with judgment passed by the Division Bench in PIL 19/2011.
