The learned Single Judge has directed the enquiry to be conducted against the appellant after noticing the report of two members’ committee in which manipulation is alleged to have been found in recording of the appellant’s date of birth. It is understood that the appellant’s date of birth in his High School Certificate was originally recorded as 30.06.1985, which has since been got amended to 1982. The allegation is that the driving licence of heavy vehicle was obtained from the authorities at Nagaland when the appellant was not even 20 years of age and for such purposes records have been manipulated. 2.
