HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 20216 of 2025 Court No. - 42 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR BIRLA, J. HON'BLE PRAMOD KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Sri Awadhesh Kumar is praying for adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner on personal ground. 2. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for adjournment in view of the prayer so made in the present petition. 3. Present petition has been filed for quashing the history sheet of the petitioner no. 67A opened by the police authorities of Police Station Kurra, District Mainpuri. 4. In view of the prayer so made in the present petition, we do not find any good ground to adjourn the matter as the petitioner has effective alternative remedy and the petitioner himself has filed a representation before the authority concerned. Perusal of Annexure-4 to the writ petition reflects that the petitioner has already moved application in which report has already been submitted. 5. In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri along with certified copy of this order, which shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 2 on its own merit, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Rajesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) the petitioner, which shall be looked into by the said respondent while deciding the claim of the petitioner. 7.
