Even today, a similar request is sought for. However, this Court is not inclined to grant any further extension. Accordingly this application is disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once the vehicle is located. No.693 of 2024 the fresh application, this Court will consider appointing the very same Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed earlier by this Court in this application.
