The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly issue a writ in nature mandamus and directed to the respondent 4 authority to file the charge-sheet/ final report against the respondent No. 1 to 14 before the concerned count. 10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly issue a writ in nature mandamus and directed to the respondent no 16 to make a proper inquiry against the respondent No. 1 to 14 and persons involved. 10.3. That, the any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper. 10.4. Cost of the petition may be granted in favour of the petitioner. 2. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the relief which has been made in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered nor the offences or the Police Station or the District has been mentioned. 3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs. 2000/- to be deposited in the account of Boys Observation Home, Raigarh (CG) within 7 days from today and furnish the receipt of the same before the registry of this Court. 5.
