No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 448, 294(b) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 05.05.2016. The allegation in this case is that upon demand of the debt that was advanced, the accused abused and attacked the de facto complainant. The summons on the accused are not served. In view thereof, even if, on a future date, summons are served to the accused and the accused are brought to face the trial, it would impinge upon their right to a speedy trial. 3. Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.531 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram, stands quashed.
