No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offence under Section 4(1)(aa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. The incident occurred on 15.06.2021. The allegation in this case is that the accused was in the possession of 60 liquor packets without any license or Government permission. The liquor was seized and it was destroyed. The case is pending at the stage of fresh summons. As such, no useful purpose would be served in continuing the case further.
