The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Shri Bikrant Ranjan, learned J. M. 1st Class, Hazaribagh. On 21.06.2024 at about 9:00 P.M., the petitioner along with co- accused persons came to the house of the informant and assaulted her husband due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. It was submitted that co-accused persons who are brother of the petitioner, have been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.1271 of 2025. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Bikrant Ranjan, learned J. M. 1st Class, Hazaribagh or his successor, in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
