(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered against him vide FIR No.124 dated 19.05.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2) of BNS and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Fazilka (Annexure P-1). The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.08.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 22.08.2025 is made absolute.
