The petitioner had also sought for implementation of order dated 27.03.2025 under Section 136 (3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, in RRT(2)(NA)/CR/ 56/2024-25 passed by the respondent no.2-Special Deputy Commissioner at Annexure-H. 3. Learned AGA upon instructions submits that the order of the Special Deputy Commissioner dated 27.03.2025 is a matter of adjudication before the Regional - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51995 WP No. 32112 of 2025 Commissioner under Section 56 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 4. In light of the memo filed and said submission, the petition is disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the concerned authorities, once the proceedings before the Regional Commissioner attains finality.
