Through the medium of the present contempt petition, the petitioners are seeking implementation of Order dated 31stof August, 2021 passed by the Writ Court in Writ Petition WP (C) No. 115/2021, whereby the respondents were directed to adhere to the directions of the Division Bench to the effect that the respondents will have to adhere to Rule 10 of the Jammu & Kashmir Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1971 by ensuring that Government Teachers, while deciding to go for private tuition, shall obtain permission in this regard in tune with the circular issued by the Government on 11thof August, 2005 whereby all the Government Teachers were allowed to undertake private tuition with a rider that they shall not undertake the tuition two hours before the opening of the school and two hours after the closure of the school. 02. The respondents have filed the Compliance Report. Along with the Compliance Report, they have annexed a copy of circular dated 17thof November, 2022 whereby various authorities of the Education Department of Union Territory of J&K have been asked to ensure that no member of the teaching faculty of the School Education Department violates the circular and the direction passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 10/2021. 03. In view of the above, the judgment of the Writ Court has been complied, as such, no case for proceeding against the respondents is made out. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is closed. 04.
