The present writ petition has been filed by petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For a direction concerned specially district magistrate (Respondent no. 3), the Land Acquisition officer Aurangabad (Bihar)(respondent no-4) and C.O Rafiganj Dist-Aurangabad (Respondent no-6)to makerward and give compensation at the rate of commercial value of the land bearing khata no-22 plot -2 Rakba-25 dismal but petitioner is entitle to get 8.33 dismal for compensation because he has three brother. (ii). For a direction to respondent no- 6 (Circle officer Rafiganj) to measure the notice land Patna High Court CWJC No.2648 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 with extra required land. 3. The petitioner’s representation is pending before the Collector, Aurangabad. His main grievance is that his representation should be disposed of expeditiously. 4. The Collector, Aurangabad is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible. 5.
