The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: " To issue a order or direction in the mature of mandamus commanding and directing to learned principal Judge, family court to decide the Restoration Application bearing it's Misc. Case No. 04 of 2024. (Reema Devi Vs. Vipul) "old No. Original Suit No. 709 of 2021" (Smt. Reema Devi Vs. Vipul Tiwari) filed in Misc. Case No. 709 of 2021 (Vipul Tiwari Vs. Reema Devi) under section 13(1) filed by the plaintiff/respondent expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a restoration application is pending before Principal Judge, family court, Deoria and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Principal Judge, family court, Deoria to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ratnesh, Surendra Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Reema Devi .....Petitioner(s) Vipul Tiwari .....Respondent(s) consider and decide the aforementioned restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
