The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 465 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. It was submitted that on the basis of confession of this petitioner, one country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the house of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2024 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
