Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Tehsildar Tehsil Sadar Mau, District Mau(respondent no.2) to decide recall applications of the petitioner dated 17.03.2025 filed under section 209(h) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for recalling the order dated 06.09.2022 passed by Tehsildar Sadar Mau, District Mau(respondent no.2) in case no. T 202215510106676 (Geeta Devi Vs. Mohammad Sirajul Islam) u/s 35 of UP Revenue Code 2006 within stipulated time given by this Hon'ble Court" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a recall application is pending in proceedings under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, dated 17.03.2025 is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Tehsildar, Sadar Mau, District Mau to decide the recall application dated 17.03.2025 in Case no. T202215510106676 (Geeta Devi Vs. Mohammad Sirajul Islam) under Section 35 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
