The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 323, 498A and Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Case Crime No.434 of 2024, registered at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. 2. As per the FIR, the informant was married to Dhruv Shah on 15.03.2024. The applicant no.1 is the father-in-law of the informant. The applicant no.2 is the mother-in-law of the informant and the applicant no.3 is the aunt (Bua) of the informant. 3. Heard Mr. Nalin Saun, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder 2025:UHC:2150 2 for the State. 4. Learned counsel for the State submitted on instruction that all the three persons have been exonerated by the Investigating Officer during the course of the investigation. However, charge-sheet has been filed against the husband of the informant. 5.
