JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.63/2016 dated 20.03.2021 by the Principal Judge, I Additional Family Court, Hassan, whereby the Criminal Miscellaneous filed by the petitioner/wife and the daughter was dismissed. 2. The respondent/husband has denied the relationship. The court below had dismissed the petition on the ground that the wife did not establish the relationship between the parties. In support of her evidence, the wife has produced the photos which were marked as Exs.P1 and P8 and except that, no other evidence was placed before the court and no oral evidence was adduced. Considering all these factors, the Family Court had dismissed the petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27623 RPFC No. 60 of 2021 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued in line with the arguments advanced before the court below. 4. This Court has perused the impugned order and the court below considering the fact that the wife failed to establish the relationship rightly dismissed the petition. In the considered opinion of this Court, the order passed by the court below is a reasoned order. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. All pending I.As., if any, shall stand closed.
