The petitioner has assailed an order dated 2.8.2025 passed by ADM (Judicial), Shahjahanpur, requiring various Administrative Authorities to ensure dispossession of unauthorized occupants from a nazul land. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions, states that the application of the petitioner for temporary injunction is pending in civil suit filed by him and direction be issued to the trial court to decide the injunction application expeditiously. 3. Having regard to the said limited prayer, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before trial court for early hearing of the application for temporary injunction and in the event such an application is filed, the trial court will consider and decide the application for temporary injunction having regard to the urgency in the matter.
