An application bearing CM No. 3101/2025 has been preferred by the petitioner through his counsel for placing on record a compromise-deed dated 28th February, 2025 arrived at between the petitioner (Shariefudin Lone) and the private respondent No. 5 (Iftikhar Ahmad Kakru) as also the disposal of the writ petition in light of said compromise deed. 2. Application, for the reasons stated therein, is allowed and the compromise-deed 28th February, 2025 is taken on record. WP(C) 3028/2019 3. Ms. Heena Baqal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shah Aashiq, learned counsel for the private respondent No. 5 fairly submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, by way of compromise-deed dated 28th February, 2025 and they have no grievance against each other. 4.
