Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 03.07.2025, registered under Sections 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural. 2. Vide order dated 20.08.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 20.08.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 5. Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
