Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State. 2. This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing/setting aside the bailable warrant dated 31.05.2016 and N.B.W. dated 20.06.2016 against the applicant nos. 2 to 4 and sub-sequential N.B.W. dated 02.11.2021 against applicant no.1 continued till date passed by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 3, Bulandshahr in Case No. 3007 of 2024 (State Vs. Hasan and Another) arose from Case Crime No. 512 of 2011 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station-Sikandrabad, Sub-District-Sikandarabad, District- Bulandshahr. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 15 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Preete Chaudhary Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Ashraf And 3 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6.
