The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.21 of 2025 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No.317 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella. On 27.08.2024, accused Takla is alleged to have fired upon the informant causing injury. It is alleged that the petitioner was also present at the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no allegation of firing upon the petitioner. It was further submitted that co- accused Shambhu Mahato @ Chotu Mahato has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No.21 of 2025 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No.317 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
