Act changed to Section 13(c) of P.C. Act) at Police Station Uchana, District Jind, Haryana along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that he does not wish to press the instant petition for quashing of the FIR as 41 of the 110 witnesses stand examined but prays that as the charges were framed in the year 2019 directions be issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
