Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice RC-20 dated 13.08.2025 issued in proceeding under section 67 of U.P. Revenue code registered as case no. 15720 of 2025 (Computer Case no. T202517140315720 Land Management Committee, Madarpur versus Moh. Jaheer) pending before Tahsildar, Sadar, Basti. II. Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceeding under section 67 of U.P. Revenue code registered as case no. 15720 of 2025 (Computer Case no. T202517140315720 Land Management Committee, Madarpur versus Moh. Jaheer) pending before Tahsildar, Sadar, Basti arising out of notice dated 13.08.2025." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that this is the third occasion that notice in RC Form 20 in proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been issued against petitioner on the complaint made by private respondent no. 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on two previous occasions, proceedings were dropped and this is the third time that proceedings have been initiated. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that petitioner has remedy of filing a detailed reply before the authorities to the notice dated 13.08.2025. 5. In case, the reply is filed within two weeks from today, the revenue authorities shall consider the same in view of the objections filed therein and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order, within next one month. 6.
