By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to carry out the investigation in accordance with law in pursuance of FIR No.377 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 447, 448 and 120-B IPC registered with P.S. Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar and further calling for the entire record/case diary of the investigation carried out pursuant to the aforesaid FIR. 5. Learned State Counsel passed on to this Court instruction which is taken on record. On the basis of said instruction, learned State Counsel submits that investigation has been concluded and after investigation, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the respondent No.3- Shahjad Ali S/o Iliyas and one-Sanjeev Kumar S/o Rakesh, on 27.12.2024, while 2025:UHC:4728 respondent No.4-Pulkit Singhal S/o Navneet Singhal was exonerated of the charges. 6. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. 8.
